The evening is built around themes from The Sacred Tension, a book by Stephen Baxter that explores the creative tension between mission and governance. Drawing on over 25 years walking alongside leaders, the book offers a framework for reading organisational pressure differently.

No preparation is needed. No presentations to sit through. Just your willingness to be in the room with others who understand the weight.
